Bridge Builders Kids Club

Hey Teammates!

I want to share something awesome.

Throughout the month of June, we conducted the Bridge Builders Kids Club. Geared for kids ages 5-10, we met in our home once a week from 9:30am-12pm. Each week had a different theme, but always included games, crafts, and a Bible lesson. We studied the character qualities: obedience, contentment, truthfulness, and initiative; learning how we can live in these things because of who God is.

Honestly, as we were creating and preparing the idea of Bridge Builders, we were unsure if anyone besides our kids would attend. But God, in his graciousness and faithfulness sent people. We had a total of 25 kids attend at least once. All four weeks, we had between 14-16 kids and typically had 4-5 parents who would stay as well. We had new people each week and more than half of these kids are unchurched.

We were blessed to have help from across the country. The first two weeks we had helpers from Grace Point Fellowship. In week three, we had a family from Florida come help us. In week four, a mission team from Norman, Oklahoma served alongside us.

Bridge Builders Kids Club was an overwhelming success! Anytime you do something that has never existed, it takes a lot of work and preparation. Right now, everything we do fits into this description, but with each event we do (for the first time), we are set up and ready to do it for a second-time next year.

Thank You!

Thank you for your continued support through prayer and financial giving. We are able to be here doing what God has called us to do because you give generously.

Save the Date

We will be in town for church August 21.

We would love to connect with you there!
